1st Impression of the Cover FX Custom Cover Drop Foundation

I'm normally a MAC NC40 but I do have a slight tan but not quiet a NC42 yet. I got the shade G60 and the color would be perfect for a NC42. I tried the G50 and it's a bit light, more for a NC35. If there was a G55 it would be perfect for me but I got the G60 so I can sheer it down to match my color or wear it in the summer months when I get a little tan.

I would have to compare this foundation to Kat Von D Lock It tattoo in performance and coverage. I can cover all of my freckles and blimishes without much effort. I can also compare it to the NARS sheer gloos (matte) as far as performance, for coverage this it more pigmented than NARS. I can also compare this to Kevyn Aucoin Senual Skin Enhancer, minus the mineral oil that breaks me out, but not as thick but same full coverage.

Unlike my NARS this foundation doesn't cause my blush, bronzer or contour to move. Once it's set I dont have to worry about my other products on my face looking like a blobbed mess.

Like my Kat Von D this does last all day, although unlike my Kat Von D I have to set this Cover FX with an invisible powder, don't have to do that with my KVD.

All in all I really like this foundation and little goes a long way. I will be doing my final review on my YT channel which I will post on this review within a week or so. I want to test it even more in different climates and doing different activities.
